Diapers and other baby items can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, is allowed an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the festival.

Yes! Strollers are allowed at Chisholm Trail Roundup. Your approved clear bag(s) can be kept in the storage area of your stroller but you will need to show the bag(s) to the event staff at the gate.

Exceptions to the policy will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection by event staff at the entrance.

No. We are limiting only the types of bags carried into the festival, not items that you normally bring. Therefore, you can carry in your pockets keys, makeup, feminine products, comb, phone, wallet, credit cards, etc., if you choose not to put them in a clear bag or clutch. And you can carry binoculars and/or a camera around your neck or in your hands without the case. You can use the clear bag and clutch to carry other items. Every member of your family may carry in a permissible bag.

Chisholm Trail Roundup will prohibit carrying a firearm without a License to Carry. Pursuant to Section 30.05, Penal Code (Criminal Trespass), a person may not enter this property with a firearm.

Chisholm Trail Roundup will also prohibit openly carrying a firearm. Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (Trespass by License Holder With an Openly Carried Handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Handgun Licensing Law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

Appropriate signage will be displayed at the entrance to the festival grounds.
