Another thing that makes Centerpoint at Lockhart particularly attractive is that very few entrance/exit ramps and frontage roads were designed to serve SH-130. The 271 acres features entrance and exit ramps accessible from both sides of the property, non-tolled frontage roads, approved driveway cuts and sits adjacent to Union Pacific Railroad?s lines. The property is also 15 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
